Establishing of structural design solutions for buildings and machines within the product portfolio of material handling equipment like stackers, reclaimers, ship un/loaders, transfer towers, galleries etc. in connection of the given layout/GA drawing Execution of calculations for rigidity, stress analyze, life time, wear time, stability of structural part etc. including detailing of sizing of steel members and connection details (bolted connection and /or welded connection) as per contract specific and/or international standard design rules. Optimization of designs in regards of sizing and selection steel members, connection details etc. contract review from technical point of view incl. client specification coordination with mechanical design coordination with electrical design coordination with overall contract execution team (project management) & client during the complete execution phase coordination with India or third parties design office during detail design overall checking function of detail engineering generating of technical documentation in regards of structural design according to FLS standard and customer requirements generating of contract/machine specific documentation in regards of transport, construction, commissioning and maintenance) if required from a structural design point of view Job and Profile Description JDMHGXXX continues development of standardization of assemblies and sub-assemblies continues development of quality and safety requirements for the product technical support of R&D department continues upgrading of calculation tools, design software etc. in accordance with the regulation support introduction of GET design rules and document management toolsfließendes Englisch, Statik, Statische Berechnungen
