Job profile
Your resposibility will be to document and work out software features (Architecture and Design) and requirements analysis for automotive applications in the infotainment, navigation and connectivity sector. Analysis compilation and the transfer of requirements into soft - and hardware concepts are your key responsibilities. You will draft data- and functional models for complex problems as well as risk analysis and feasibility studies. You will manage and supervise the implementation of defined concepts and assess possible future development expenditures.
What do we expect?
As a Software Architect you should have
- A completed degree in e.g. (Technical) Information Science, Computer Science, Embedded Systems Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Practical working experience as a Software Architect in embedded systems, preferably in the automotive field
- An excellent overall understanding of software architecture, middleware, frameworks, operating systems, vehicle bus systems and target HW
- Good knowledge of C and C++
- Working experience in requirements engineering (DOORS) and softwaredesign using UML
- Excellent overall understanding of automotive electronics
- Good knowledge of AUTOSAR-architecture would be an advantage
- It would be even better if you had experience in infotainment/navigation
