Our client, a leading financial services firm in Rhein-Main area is looking for an experienced IT Security policy analyst/ author.Start: asap
Contract: initial 8 months with the view to extend
Industry: financial services
IT Security Analyst with high expertise for the development and improvement of technical guidance documentation. Knowledge on technical IT security standards (e.g. RFC, ISO, IEEE) and knowledge on cryptography and cryptographic key management is mandatory. In this role you will review and improvement of existing IT security guidelines and key operating procedures with focus on cryptography and cryptography key management. These documents are supporting the implementation of IT security policy controls using cryptographic means. The role will closely work with the IT Security Policy Specialists and Technical Experts, but requires enough expertise to work self reliant.
Essential skills and experience:
• In depth knowledge in information security policies
• Sound technical IT security skills
• Basic knowledge in cryptography and cryptography key management (incl. PKI knowledge)
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Excellent English skills
• Financial services experience would be highly regarded
