for a Process Engineering Team in the Banking Area
Project environment
A Swiss Bank is looking for a Process Engineering Team of 4 people who will be responsible for defining the processes in the Target Operating Model. They are looking for 1 consultant who will coordinate over the business steams, 1 process leader and 2 process designers. They will start on a green field to define the new banking processes (Client, Operating and Distribution excellence).
Tasks
• Documentation of Use Cases.
• Definition of a Process Landscape and Heatmap.
• Process Design preparation for Business case validation and Platform Gap Workshops.
• Identification and documentation of use cases related to Front key differentiating factors and key requirements.
• Definition of a Process Methodology and Governance.
• Definition of a Process Landscape and respective Heatmap (priorities).
• Documentation of key processes.
• Coordination and documentation of 3rd party processes (indirect scope).
• Documentation of HR processes.
Requirements
• General banking knowledge.
• Process engineering / documentation.
• Communication skills in German and English.
