Job Description

For one of our projects for in Berlin we are looking for a Python Backend Developer (Freelancer).

Task description:

Design and implementation of modules for a large business intelligence application together with a scrum team in Berlin.

Berlin

Required Qualifications

The following know how is mandatory

Python, Django
Postgres, SQL, OR-Mapping in Python
Linux
Web Services, JSON, AJAX, Cross Origin Resource Sharing (CORS)
Git Version control
Very good communication & presentation skills
Working experience in an Agile/Scrum/CI environment
Fluent English (written/spoken)

In addition you should know about several of the following topics

MongoDB,
MapReduce,
PostGIS,
ACL
Big Data Processing,
PIG Scripts
Administrating Amazon AWS Cloud Services,
CI/Jenkins

Project duration: ~4-5 month (extension is planned)
Start date: End of April
