For following duties we are searching for a SAP Basis Solution Architect (m/f):This SAP Base Solution Architect job will be settled at the HP Enterprise Service in a Client Support Organization.
The main focused will be on Presales Projects at HP Global Steel Accounts for Outsourcing Transformation and Implementation Deals. In this entirely customer-facing role he will help customers and HP Engagement Leads to define, calculate and implement complex integrated solutions from customer requirements - focused on HP EAO Tower solutions (SAP) and in compliance within the HP Internal Guidelines from ITSM/ITIL as well ISO 27001 and ISO 9001site. According to HP Policies, according to the EU Directive 95/46/EC on the protection of personal data, and according to local law, the SAP Base SA shall not collect, process or use personal data without authorization.
By assessing and understanding current situations he will define and calculate future technical and business Solutions based on all needs and requirements. The SAP Base Solution Architect (SAP Base SA) builds and presents demonstrably best value HP solutions and partnering services, working hand in hand with our sales force , Account Managers, Account Service Executives, Project Controlling and finance specialists and other technical specialists (e.g. Client Capability Leads).
Having made the convincing case, the SAP Base SA has the overall authority for the costing, scheduling, planning & tracking and risk management of the presales project through its entire life cycle.Means the SAP Base SA has to collect the service description from TL's as input and bringing it up into an overall architecture picture incl. holding it up to date. Based on Service Design the SAP Base SA has to define a Cost Structure and collect all cost items from different delivery units correlated on their services and bringing it all together inclusive consumption assumptions and necessary cross function cost items to an overall Solution Cost Calculation which has to be reviewed by the responsible ADE and Capability. In special cases the SAP Base SA has to support in the transition and transformation planning from the ‚as-is' (current state) to ‚to-be' (future state) of an IT environment. Any literary work, computer program, invention, design, patent, copyright, trademark, improvement or idea developed by the SAP Base SA in the course of employment under this contract is the sole property of HP and HP will unless otherwise agreed have the exclusive right to use, adapt, patent and otherwise register it.
The SAP Base SA will immediately disclose to HP any literary work, computer program, invention, design, patent, copyright, trademark, improvement or idea developed by the SAP Base SA after the commencement date to enable HP to ascertain whether it was discovered, developed or produced wholly outside and wholly unconnected with the course of employment under this contract. To protect disclosures made, HP or the SAP Base SA may require a confidentiality agreement to be signed prior to, during or immediately after discussion of the intellectual property being considered.
The SAP Base SA assigns to HP by way of future assignment all copyright, design, design right and other property rights (if any) in respect to any literary work, computer program, invention, design, patent, copyright, trademark, improvement or idea developed by the SAP Base SA in the course of employment under this contract.
Based on a solid business skill level (ideally Diploma/Master in Business Science) should be the capability to analyze, create and drive projects to generate additional revenues. Candidate should have excellent technical expertise in more than one of the following service domains e.g. ERP-SAP, Win/Unix/Linux-Cluster-Infrastructure, Identity - and Access Management Systems & Support, Databases/SQL, Java, C, C++. (Ideally a Diploma of computer Science or similar.)
