COMMISSIONING MANAGER REQUIRED FOR OSSFHORE WIND FARM IN GERMAN WATERS.My Client requires a a Commissioning Manager for an Offshore Wind Farm in German waters. Successful candidates will have worked on at least two Offshore Wind Farms previously.
The Role:

Overall responsibility for planning, organising, managing, coordination and documenting the commissioning. -
Ensure compliance with the project HSE rules and local legislation. -
Supervision and liaison between the project and the grid contractors -
Ensure that organisation, job descriptions, procedures and templates are documented in due time before start of the commissioning work. -
Responsible for operation during the commissioning process until transfer to Operations -
Ensure that daily/weekly reports are collected from each sub-commissioning package, compiled and distributed as appropriate. -
Ensure that progress of commissioning works is recorded and reported. -
Holds the final approval authority for commissioning
Ensure proactive management, good coordination and communication between all stakeholders and parties and that the cooperation works effectively. -
Ensure that lessons learnt are implemented.
Rotation will be flexible.
