Define and update the methodologies and the best practices for software development and test through edition and circulation of related procedures and operational instructionsIdentify and define the tools needed for effectively supporting each phase of the software development and test cycle
Interface tool providers for monitoring and driving the tool chain development according to internal needs
Develop and maintain internal scripts and tools aimed to implement integrations of the entire tool chain and/or automate the activity of setting the development artefacts
Train and operatively support users in relation to methodologies and tools utilization
Support the Information Technology team for the installation of technical tools utilized in software development and definition/monitoring of data back-up execution related to software artefacts

Matlab/ Simulink/ State flow environment

IBM software configuration managers
Software code generation tools (RTW and TL)
Requirements engineering knowledge
Principal automotive software development process standards (SPICE, CMMI)
Functional safety norms (ISO26262) impact on software development processes and tools
DXL scripting languages
DOORS admin activities
Formal Semi Formal Modeling languages like UML or SYML
Linux/windows Operating system
Database Oracle/Informatics basic
