PMO Analyst - Munich - 14 months, fulltime
For one of our clients in Germany we are looking for a German speaking PMO Analyst to work in Münich.
Start:
Duration: 14 months (+ possible extension)
Location: Munich area
Tasks
- supporting changes, tickets and projects
- status updates of change requests within the system (HP SM7)
- administration in Planview incl. allocation
- operative controlling and implementation of a status reporting
- accounting of operational costs of external staff
- system opening and authorization application (forms, etc.)
- administration of department documentation (caretaker)
- working on team mail inbox
- preparation and follow-up of team meetings, ie taking minutes
- supporting the preparation of presentations
- supporting DLIII process (purchasing)
Experience and qualifications
- experienced in PMO role & tasks
- SAP BW experience nice to have
- excellent user know how in relevant IT applications, especially in MS Office applications
- good team player
- self-driven, reliable, excellent organizational skills
- language skill: German, English, both fluent in w/s
