Design Engineer

Initial 12 month Contract.

Responsibilities:
Development and construction of machine and steel components, and parent assemblies for our wind turbines. Optimization of existing components and assemblies in terms of cost and function.
Accompaniment of the prototypes with the supplier (technical component qualification).
Coordination of the installation, commissioning and testing of components and assemblies to the production stage.
Creation of the associated production documents and documentation (models, assemblies and drawings of individual parts and their BOMs ) .

Skills:

3D CAD system SolidWorks, SAP desirable

Education/Training:

Mechanical Engineer or comparable qualification
