Beschreibung
Job Purpose
To define the components of the service and infrastructure and to
ensure the control of such components and the maintenance of
accurate configuration information
Key Accountabilities Professional Process Management Approach: Define, document and establish the scope, objectives, policies, standards, roles and responsibilities of the Service Asset and Configuration Management Process according to the customers Standard.
• Meet Customer Expectations. Ensures the quality of the requirements of the customer’s business and agrees the configuration management plan. Manages issues from Configuration Management administrator and other relevant parties to find a solution.
• Agrees the technical and quality strategy with appropriate members of the steering board and ensures that regular quality reviews are established
• Process Control. Define measures to control the Configuration Management process according to a continual service improvement plan
• Process Targets: Definition and implementation of the Configuration Management Process Targets
• KPI´s and Metrics. Define appropriate metrics and performance indicators to measure the process results against the defined target
• Team Management. Leading the functional team of configuration administrators to ensure policy and process compliance.
• Stakeholder Management. Defines the communication interface to all stakeholders. Includes stakeholders for Configuration Management Plan definition. Defines and aligns the customers strategies with all stakeholders.

Required Education and Experience • Adequate university degree or equivalent education
• Knowledge in relevant methods and tools
• Know how and experience in project management
• Know-how and experience in process management and process controlling
• At least ITIL Intermediate certification for service transition
