About our customers:
Our customer is a member of one of Europe´s largest financial group. The Customer Care Team is responsible for the 1st and 2nd level IT support of the trading floors in London, Munich, Milano, Paris and Vienna (partly). This includes responsibility for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, phones, trader boards, audio-visual equipment, base applications (Office, etc.) and trading applications. The 1st level support is provided by a centralized, 5/24 contact centre; the 2nd level support by local teams.Ihre Aufgaben:
- Lead the Customer Care Team for Global Markets with staff in London, Munich, Milano and Paris
- Coaching, training staff, lead by example, staff development
- Crisis management (in case ouf major outages)
Take responsibility for IT service quality for Global Markets, ensure service KPIs and customer
satisfaction; manage user expectations
Controlling of service providers; increase efficiency and lower costs continually; process
optimization
Closely integrate the teams in all locations
Project management
Regular reporting on service provision
Our Requirements:
Degree in IT, 10+ years of professional experience
Good knowledge of investment banking
High stress tolerance, high motivation
5+ years of leadership experience
Excellent customer relationship skills
On-call availability outside of normal service hours
Goal-oriented, team-centric and communicative
High level of autonomy and flexibility
Structured approach to problem solving
Comfortable to present in front of senior management
Ability to perform under stressful conditions
Fluent English and German, negotiating skills
Willingness to travel
Longtime Knowledge of internal organizational and technical proscess
