For an existing contract with one of our direct clients we are urgently looking for a Senior .NET/C# Developer

Duration: 5 month
Location: Frankfurt (Germany)

As Senior .NET/C# Developer you will strengthen the operating team in implementing new features, code enhancements and bug fixes for existing code.
Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze system problems; formulate scope and objectives for system modifications
- Participate with team members on product improvements and innovation
- Play an active part in the design of software components
- Develop technical documentation and specification
Your Profile:
- BS/BA in Computer Science/Information Technology or professional experience
- 5+ Years' experience with Microsoft development products
- 3+ Years' experience with Microsoft .NET C# programming
- Strong experience with Server Side applications, especially web services and ASP.NET''
Technologies:
- Extensive experience in the .NET Framework, C#, XML, JavaScript
- Experience in monitoring WCF Service applications and effectively troubleshooting
- Extensive experience in hosting ASP.NET web applications and WCF Services in IIS
- Experience in developing multi-tier solutions on the Microsoft Windows Platform, IIS, WCF, ASP.NET
- Web Technologies an Webservices (HTTP, SOAP, REST based services, JSON)
Tools & Methods:
- Visual Studio IDE, Git, Enterprise Architect
- Object Oriented development (OOA, OOD, OOP), UML
- Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns
- Agile Development Practices (Scrum, FDD)
- Essential understanding of software testing, TDD, Unit Testing, performance/load testing
- Knowledge of the industry: Airline
- Good knowledge of verbal and written English
- German language is advantageous
- Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary
