PMO Manager

Roc Search are looking for a PMO manager for a 12 month contract to work for a leading financial institution in Frankfurt am Main. PMO who knows PM processes and can work with the PD on scheduling , RAID and quality planning, cost tracking, resourcing etc. The successful candidate should have good communication skills and will be able to work with the senior resources, providing reports, dashboards and presentations on the project status.

*Quality Reporting can track and monitor Program planning

*Maintain PMO document repository

*People Management

*Financial Management

*Procurement

*Good project Governance and management experience

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

*Establish Quality Program Governance and PMO guidance

*Establish standards in Project Management

*Controls central Project Management document repository

*Ensures that all Project Managers adhere to Program governance requirements

*Understands Risks/issues

*Effective communicator

*Provide Support to Program/Project Managers

*Track Milestones and maintain Project Plans

*Maintain and Track Finances

*Maintains &tracks resource requirements

*Stake Holder Management

*Marshall appropriate resources, recruit supporters and strategically manage the stakeholders
