Meelogic Consulting AG provides solutions and services for the mobile IT-world. Our primary focus is on mobile & internet-based enterprise applications as well as embedded intelligent systems.
For a project in Berlin we are looking for an IT Project Office Manager / Project Quality Consultant
Your tasks will be
- Project planning and monitoring
- Planning and execution of risk analysis and risk reviews + sanity checks
- Financial and status reviews
- Report schedule conflicts, resource constraints, and time constraints to project teams.
- Prepare executive summaries of project status for the upper management
- Accountable for process alignment of projects (quality gates, reports etc..)
Required Know How
- Good understanding of IT projects (IT infrastructure, rollouts etc..)
- Experience from big IT projects in a very international environment
- Proven experience in handling third party vendors around the globe
- MS Project (EPPM is a plus)
- Proven experience with controlling and maintaining project schedules and costs
- Good communication skills
- Fluent English (written/spoken) - German and/or French is a plus
- PMI and ITIL certifications are a big plus
Project Start: Beginning of April
Duration: ~6 month, a prolongation is planned
