Task:Support VB scripting (wir unterstuetzen den Kunden im Management und der Verteilung vorkonfigurierter Templates)
Business objects operational support
VB scripting
o Erfahrung im programmieren
o Vbscript/ Microsoft office suite
BO operation (Windows, oracle, windows und oracle sind im DC abgedeckt)
o Monitoring & Ticket handling (Incident Management)
o Perform Business Objects application management by stopping and restarting the application and BO servers
o Apply security policy to Business Objects application
o Clean up log files on regular basis
o Install Business Objects and plug-ins, TomCat, Business Objects specific database, connectors e.g. ODBC, RFC, SQLNet, JDBC
o Configure Business Objects and plug-ins, TomCat, Business Objects specific database, connectors e.g. ODBC, RFC, SQLNet
o Install Business Objects application service packs, patches and new releases
o Inform Service Owner if additional downtime is necessary to install any emergency patches
o Backup and Recovery of the Business Objects application
