Anforderung:
EXPERIENCE
? 5+ experienced with an IT infrastructure operations environment ideally working within a multi-partner environment.
? Excellent understanding and knowledge of general IT, project management.
? Working experience with a range of IT Tools, platforms
? Working experience within best practices for Service Management such as ITIL v3
? Understands the ITSM Tool stack, such as the required or underpinning IT Services and their service components.
? Implementation of new processes or methodologies in complex organizations
? Good understanding of business processes and objectives

SKILLS/JOB RELATED KNOWLEDGE
? Demonstrates the ability to:
o Clearly prioritize tasks and information.
o Work under pressure.
o Lead small ad-hoc teams to achieve focused deliverables.
o Work in collaborative teams.
o Mediate in case of conflicts.
o Analyze and interpret performance data.
o Provide leadership and manage geographically or functionally dispersed teams.
? Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage geographically or functionally dispersed teams
? Strong customer facing and relationship management skills.
