You will be tasked with;- Setting and executing operations strategy for the business.
- Establish strategic performance goals for all business units.
- Direct short and long term planning of budgets.
- Partner with individual operations to continuously improve business performance.
- Direct business development initiatives.
- Oversee the performance and set goals of relevant business units.
The successful candidate will have;
- Engineering degree
- Industry experience
- Strong knowledge of operations management, business strategy, financial planning and corporate governance.
- Strong business development track record.
- Solid understanding of the solar industry
