Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2362for an IT Security Specialist (f/m)
Project environment
In the Data Protection Program of a global Swiss bank, the IT Security Specialist will carry out a feasibility study, clarifying and detailing business requirements for a strategic technical solution to periodically scan for CID (client identifying data) and disposal of CID no longer needed.
Tasks
• Analyzing requirements from various stakeholders (Group/Divisional Information Security Officers, Group Internal Audit, Legal & Compliance, IT Risk, Security IT engineering) and structure and prioritize them.
• Documenting functional and non-functional business requirements as identified.
• Definition of Target Operating Model / Service Model for the new solution.
• Drive decision / sign off for the strategic solution.
• Subsequently support the implementation of the strategic solution (involving 3rd party vendors).
Requirements
• University graduation
• Strong IT Security background:
• Data Leakage Prevention
• Application Security / Multi-factor Authentication
• System Security / Encryption
• Project management skills in a financial industry / banking / risk/finance environment (SDLC / RUP experience, preferably PMI or IPMA certified).
• Strong analytical skills, proven track record over at least 4 years in business requirements analysis and specification writing for projects in a financial industry / banking / risk/finance environment.
• Profound understanding of service management (ITIL).
• Ability to work in an environment with complex banking background requiring an equally complex solution.
Soft skills
• Ability to co-ordinate diverse client, user and IT teams, also across Divisions, to achieve deliverables agreed upon within set deadlines / ability to interact & negotiate with senior stakeholders on Managing Director level.
• Primary language is English (German desirable).
