Development:• Manages development process
• Accounts for development and QA
• Contributes to support and operation handover
• Reviews and approves user story definition and designs from a technical perspective, provides technical and financial governance to supplier
• Consults and contributes on technical aspects of user stories and other technical matters
• Provides change requests to dependent systems
• Supports in identifying architectural changes
• Defines development and documentation guidelines
• Integrates architects in sprint planning process, assures that architecture concepts result in user stories and that user stories are aligned in architecture concepts
• Contacts supplier to specify user story design and technical documentation and to contribute to support and operation handover
• Approve test approach and test concept
• Organizes defect meetings
Rollout / 3rd Level Support
• Supports the analysis of technical problems and proposes solutions
• Provides and contracts 3rd level support partner
• Routes technical questions to supplier • Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement insbesondere in der Entwicklung und Einführung von Software
• Erfahrung in der Aufnahme von Anforderungen / GAP-Analysen
• Technisches Verständnis
