Aufgaben/Rahmenbedigungen:
• Process reviews
• FMO readiness assessments
• Set-up and conduct E2E process testing

Fachliche Qualifikation:
• Experience in international project management
• Functional expertise across the standard HR process landscape
• Experience in SSC implementation
• Strong understanding of key interfaces between different roles and respective processes, on functional and system level
• Strong understanding of lean HR management and automation potentials
• Process testing experience, e.g.: Set up testing concept, independently run process tests, audit safe documentation of results.
• Change control experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong change- and stakeholder-management experience
• Marrying up accuracy and intent on details with a strong focus on the big picture
