ITIL / JAVA / Contract / London / EurosMy client a top consultancy is looking for a contract consultant with 3 years application support and web development with ideally ITIL certification (preferred) or practical experience to join their expanding team based in Central Wolfsburg. Therefore candidates will need to speak fluent English and German.

Job Description:
o At least 3 years of experience in Application Support
o Should have at least have 3 years of development experience in one of the following areas:? Java, J2EE? Web technologies? .Net, C#
o ITIL certification (preferred) or practical experience
o experience in working for applications in auto industry is a value add
o MUST be fluent in German and English
o Providing ITIL v3 based Application Managed Service for leading Automotive OEM
o Focus is on Incident Management
o You will be working in a international bilingual team (German and English) with sites in Germany, Czech Republic and India
Skills and Experience Details:
>Performance Optimization and Tuning(L2)-1) Should be aware of best practices for optimizing sql server Stored procedures >Java-J2EE(L4)-Should be able to architect a solution in this technology area for a given problem statement. In depth knowledge of mutli-tire architecture. Should be able to design and architect solution around J2EE, should be well versed with stacking and layering of architecture modelling, should be conversed with decision making in terms of technology comparison with J2EEtechnologies Should be able to understand customer business requirements and propose optimal solutions around J2EE technologies focusing on simplifications, virtualization, aggregation and automation. >UML - Unified Modelling Language(L4)-1) must be able to capture requirement and create design detailed design diagrams and documents using UML tools and ensure good amount of Tool generated code 2) Technically guide the implementation team throughout the SDLC.3)Identify complex design patterns and is able to do complex re-factoring >OOAD and Design Patterns(L4)-OOAD+Design Pattern
1. Has used at least 2 patterns from each of the Creational, Structural and Behavioural category in real life project successfully.
2. Able to apply design patterns (and combinations of these)straight away to problem solutions of fair complexity, and able to explain the reason of choosing one pattern over the other
3. Has mentored at least about 20unique architects/engineers on OOAD and Design patterns basics
4. Able to analyze UML diagrams/information and readily and intuitively mine out embedded design patterns, ability to comment on non trivial architectures and design in a relevant domain
5. Familiarity with design pattern tools wherever applicable
6. Has mentored at least about 20 unique architects/engineers on Design patterns basics

9. Is aware of how to write patterns and submit patterns to international bodies
