Completed studies of computer science or comparable education
English in word and document (level 2)
Good script knowledge
Experience in the management of projects
ITIL certification, e. g. ITIL Foundation
OPEX/Six sigma
Finished specialized expert education (PE3-Expert)
The at least 3 years professional experience in the responsibility area within system engineering of ITSM tools like also server and database engineering.
bservation of market and technology trends in the areas of Configuration management, service
Request Fullfilment and Asset management
Support of the costs and investment planning on service level
Develop, configure, document and install the corresponding ITSM tools in his responsibility area
Task description:
Configuration and optimization of the BMC Remedy
Conception, specification, design of components in the area considering architecture accepted the responsibility
Laest level debug and problem management for the BMC Remedy system
Continuous customizations the tool stalemate form, i. e. BMC Remedy
The performanten guarantees maintenance, care and optimization of the relevant systems and trouble-free Function of the systems accepted the responsibility for, upgrade, release and Patchmanagement
Incident, methods given problem and CHANGE in accordance with processing for the used products
Close cooperation with tool and process architects of the AMOS Retained organization
