We are looking for an experienced Teamleader (Freelancer) with the following requirements:Tasks:
Leading the department according to the leadership guidelines
Planning, development, control of the employees and tasks ofthe paper
Construction and technical leadership of a global team
Guarantee of the maintenance, care and optimization of the relevant systems as well as high-performance and trouble-free function of the systems accepted the responsibility for, upgrade, release and Patchmanagement
Methods given in accordance with guaranteeing processing for the used products of Incident, problem and CHANGE
Support and further development of a global process management
Planning and control of the costs of the paper
Guarantee of the further development and the stable business as well as the continuous further development of the tools in the global team accepted the responsibility for in the paper
Active control the communication within and outside the paper
Design, conception and introduction of global ITSM processes and tools within the AMOS as well as and providers with customers
Resource planning and control
Experiences:
Certification in ITIL V3 (Foundation or Expert)
PE3 seminar and/or leadership experience proved having been successfully
Minimum 5 years professional experience in IT (prefers) in project management or corresponding executive duty
Abilities and competences:
Experience in cost controlling
Distinctive readiness for use and flexibility, forcefulness and aim orientation
Autonomy, initiativ spirit, persuasiveness and negotiation skill
Conceptional abilities and sure dealing with complex facts
Good experiences with operative business processes
Certification in PRINCE2 (Foundation/Practitioner)
Education: Completed studies of (economy) computer science or comparable education
