SAP Installation and administration
SAP server, CCMS/SMD agent and Java Monitoring
Incident Handling (2nd level), change execution (incl. clock changes)
SAP backup and recovery
SAP database monitoring, administration incl. Patches
Support packages, hot fixes and security note implementation
Emergency deployments
Data delivery for performance reporting
Transport administration
SAP Printer installation
Client and System-Copy
SAP storage administration
User administration (000 client)
