Infrastruktur Spezialist
Aufgabe:
• Planning, provision and operation of hardware installations
• execution of server installations, reorganizations, wirings in the context of of
• Projects
• planning and provision of data center infrastructure (current, climate, Racks, wiring etc. )
• construction and care of the documentation of the installed hardware
• coordination of technicians
• preparation and putting into action of maintenance concepts and schedules
• perception of the changing responsibility and coordination for infrastructure CHANGEs,
• also inter-premises and for decentralized IT rooms
• interface function and control of service partners and maintenance givers,
• Managing the service and maintenance agreements
• company of the business handing over as well as changing responsibility and processing for this one
• Hardware of other customers (DCF) planning and support spreading projects
• participation in the CHANGE-/ problem-/ Incident management process
• guarantee of the business and the service standards
• participation in the service-oriented reputation readiness of the paper
Must have:
• sound knowledge in the server hardware mind. a manufacturer: HP, IBM or Sun
• server operating system knowledge in Windows or Linux
• knowledge in network routing, VLAN, OSI model, as well as in SAN/NAS technology
• experience in in the Incident, CHANGE and problem management as well as the started
• Software
• high degree of quality and sense of responsibility as well as reliability
• distinctive service and customer orientation at a kind and positive appearance
• Open and aim-oriented communication behavior and joy in teamwork
• independent and autonomous mode of operation
• physical capacity and readiness for use
• good knowledge of English in word and document
