For following duties we are searching for a Senior System Engineer/Architect (m/f) VDI:- Evaluation, Definition/Design, Implementation, Handover to Production:
- Create Solutions for a large virtual desktop environment and application virtualization through all project phases
- Create File and Print Solutions for a large desktop environment (virtual and physical)
- Create End Device Solutions for a large desktop environment (virtual and physical)
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- Min. 5 years of IT project experience
- Analyzing and Solving of Performance Issues
- Performing trouble shooting in case of incidents
- knowledge of incident-, problem and change process handling
- scripting/programming (VBS, PowerShell and C#)
- Application Compatibility Analyses (Citrix AppDNA/Quest Change Base)
- Citrix Products (XenApp from 6.5 on, XenDesktop from 5.6 on, Provisioning Server from 6.1 on, Machine Creation Service, GoToAssist)
- Citrix Access Infrastructure (Netscaler, Secure Gateway, Web interface, Storefront, Branch Repeater/Cloud Bridge)
- Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2, Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Computer and User Accounts, Microsoft AppV 4.6 and higher and Microsoft System Center Suite 2012 (SCCM/SCOM) experience
- Appsense Management Suite (Environment Manager/Application Manager)
- Smart Cards
