I am currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor for a contract position based in the area of Ludwigshafen, Germany. This is a 1 year contract, with the possibility of an extension. I am looking for someone who is available to start in April but able to hold a telephone interview in the upcoming weeks.Requirements:
Must speak English and German and/or French is a bonus!
10+ years Quantity Surveyor Experience
Cost planning and commercial management
Risk Management
Procurement advice
Commercial Management and Contract Administration
Assistance in dispute resolution
Cost Management
Deal with and prevent claims
Desirable: Chemical Plant experience - Brown Field
This person is required for the mechanical and piping erection phase. You will be working contractor side. This person will be based on-site and needs to be ready to be hands on and step into a difficult situation.
