The client seeks to use Web Analytics to continuously improve its digital presence, provide a premium customer experience and push lead generation - across all digital channels. To that end, the client looks for a Web Analytics partner to identify potential for improvement / calls for action and create a solid basis of decision making. The project requires capabilities along the entire Web Analytics value chain, e.g. reporting, tracking, analysis, consulting and advanced analytics.
Detailed Job Description:
Cover the full range of Web Analytics tasks, such as:
+Reporting: Set up, create and further develop regular and special reports for HQ and local markets. Identify calls for action.
+Tracking: Ensure tagging of digital content and collect data in the Web Analytics tool
+Analysis: Develop a basis of decisionmaking based on Web Analytics data
+Consulting: Support HQ and local markets in all Web Analytics related questions. Identify optimization potential.
+Advanced Analytics: Support dedicated projects to establish control mechanisms for online marketing and lead generation
Required Skills: Webtrends, Celebrus, SAP BO
