Telecommunications Business Change Manager - UKA Telecommunications Business Change Manager is needed on a contract basis in the UK for one of our prestigious clients in telecommunications industry. Eligability to work in the UK is required for application.

Main tasks:
Coach Business representatives (Care, Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, IT Operations) during a transformation project.
Provide tools to the Business representatives to execute transformation
Steer on planning and deliverables
Previous experience:
More than 10 years minimum experience in Telecom Business environments (Care, Sales, Revenue Management, Business Process Management)
Experience of producing and delivering customer presentations
Proven ability to interact with diverse customers in a multi-cultural environment
Experience in Business Transformation / Process transformation projects
Good experience in manage and control project time line
