For our customer, a global acting financial institution, we are looking for a

Business Analyst with AD and Citrix (1811)

You will be working within a project of a duration of 8 month which aims to transform the entitlements workflow of many existing End User products such as Remote Access, Email access for 3rd parties, USB mass storage devices etc.
Many of the existing End User products and applications need to be integrated with the developed entitlements system.

The Business Analyst role is required to:
1. Complete administration of entitlements pre-requisites, such as inventory system updates
2. Translate business requirements into entitlement system workflows
3. Update existing documentation with entitlements use-cases
4. Test and troubleshoot workflow issues
5. Provide input into the migration planning exercise
6. Report regularly on risks and issues to the project manager

Skills required:
• Technical understanding of Active Directory, Citrix and systems integration concepts
• Clear technical documentation writing
• Good communication and reporting
• Attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and persistence
