- Strong Experience in IT Procurement

- English Language: business fluent is mandatory

Ihre Aufgaben

- IT Risk & Security Audit
- Transfer contract information from a PDF repository to a specific Asset management Tool
- Review, optimize, and implement the invoice process (there are a lot of IT open invoices for HW SW): Drive problem resolution by backlog cleanup and Process optimization
- M&A Ordering process definition and implementation to take over and control M&A orderings
- Redefine and implement the Network Catalogue ordering process
- SAM (Software Asset Management) reporting: Define and implement SAM reports with Business Objects tools (more detailed description for each line is available)
