We are in search of a Business Consultant - eCom Solutions Omni Channel

The ideal candidate would have following tasks:

The analyst will play a key role in the evaluation and implementation of various projects such as Click and Collect and Endless Aisle in Stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with business and IT partners to provide integrated solutions in support of OmniChannel processes
• Gather and document business and functional requirements, translating them into IT solutions / designs with appropriate input from key process owners and technical team
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and workshops from an eCom perspective

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Become a subject matter expert for the eCom order fulfilment process and the Retail backend process for multiple brands in a variety of markets.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new OmniChannel processes and programs.
• Help drive to completion project action items or topics while understanding business implications and priorities.
• Ability to perform all tasks in the implementation cycle including business process design, functional specification, testing, support of user acceptance testing and go live support.
• Work with others in a collaborative fashion, fostering learning and knowledge sharing to complete projects; at the same time, be able to work independently with limited supervision and oversight on completing assigned tasks.

Requisite Education and Experience:

• College/University degree from an accredited institution with a major in Computer Science and/or Business/Logistic
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good understanding of Supply Chain business processes in the consumer product industry, particularly for an eCommerce business.
• Good understanding of Retail business processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to lead discussions, particularly in English
• Good organizational and time management skills including the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a global organization and/or OmniChannel setting preferred.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of solid work experience preferably in a consumer product industry
