Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2293for an IT Network Security Project Manager (f/m)
Project environment
A global Swiss Bank.
Tasks
Successful candidate will define, track and push delivery of work packages to deliver on a network security initiative comprising multiple parallel projects. Deliveries will include technical aspects together with process changes which must be sustainable with appropriate service structures, SLAs, governance and training.
Requirements
• Understanding of networks and network security including IP subnets, VPNs, routing protocols, DNS, GTM, ACL, proxies, firewalls, etc.
• Good understanding of process design and implementation including good knowledge and experience of incident management processes.
• Candidate must be able to drive the project forward in an assertive and independent manner in the face of stakeholder resistance, organizational complexity and technical risks and issues.
• Projects must be managed transparently and according to our project management framework with particular emphasis on the processes and seamless integration into the technical assets.
• PMP or other project management certification and experience of RUP both distinct advantages.
• Ideally already located in Zurich and available to start in immediately.
• Able to work flexible hours to enable contact with Asia Pacific and the US.
Soft skills
• English and German, fluent written and spoken.
• Leadership qualities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communications skills are essential.
• Project requires political finesse with many stakeholders, many of whom are senior.
