Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2284for a Program Management Officer in HR Transformation Team
Project environment
A global Swiss Bank is looking for a candidate who will be part of the Program Management team which reports to and is responsible for supporting the HR Transformation initiative lead. The candidate will work under a global team environment and be a part of a team responsible ensuring that HR Transformation teams adhere to the proper execution of the Program Management Framework and Investment Governance Boards.
Tasks
- Communicates regularly and effectively with program internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure that the program is managed compliant with the newly implemented Program Management Framework (Including program planning, resourcing, reporting, Risk Action and Issue logs, Deliverable tracking).
- Work with Program Manager to ensure that project related changes are identified and documented, including reports, screens, forms, and process flows (Change Management).
- Support Program Manager and or Initiative lead in managing potential offshoring processes & tasks and subsequent due diligence processes.
- Facilitates the HR transformation program governance body meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from a leading university and a record of academic achievement.
- Minimum five years of experience in analytical and project related banking support roles.
- Experience in project management, change management or offshoring projects in the past and experience in Program or PMO teams before.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple teams/stakeholders in the execution of high-impact/critically strategic projects.
- Track record of ability to excel in entrepreneurial, flexible environment.
- Ability to produce a diverse range of detail orientated deliverables at a high level of quality.
- Excellent desktop skills (MS Project, Visio, Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS SharePoint).
- Pragmatic analytical and problem solving skills.
- Sound project management skills.

- Very strong communication and influencing skills, ability to negotiate with and manage stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and ability to effectively interact with and advise internal partners and senior executives.
