For our client in Berlin we´re searching for a IT Program Manager for the IS Program Group PM and Group Fcts. (f/m)
The Program Manager GPM is responsible to plan, coordinate, communicate, and assure the delivery of assigned projects. Usually, a project manager is responsible for 1 to four projects in parallel (depending on the size of the projects)
He/she is required to apply the company project management framework methodology to create the required documentation.
Tasks:
Plan the project, e.g. create the following deliverables
Project size classification, and agreed deliverables list
Project schedule and work plan
Cost estimate and budget
Procurement plan and
Steering committee presentation
Deliver the project, e.g.
Work together with the IS procurement department to procure required support
Follow up on progress and escalate if required
Manage risks and issues
Report in weekly status meetings
Prepare and manage quality and test activities
Manage cut over and go live activities
Close the project
Assure smooth and seamless hand over into operations
Document the project closure
Qualifications:
Project management (planning, estimating, progress tracking, status reporting, risk & issue management)
Experience in managing IT system integration projects
Understanding of SAP Systems
Good understanding of financial processes
English (fluent)
