For our client in Berlin we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst Architecture Build and Deploy (f/m)
Tasks:
Understand and define use cases for sites and departments
Create requirements specifications that adequately reflect approved use cases
Own the Requirements Management process to ensure traceability and change management
Support the development of test cases and test plans to prove requirements are fulfilled
Produce Impact Assessments for all locations receiving new technologies based on approved technology requirements
Skill requirements:
must have a proven track record of liaison with business and IT stakeholders capabile of building and managing relationships in order to complete a comprehensive picture of the requirement
Proven Knowledge and experience of modern Workplace environments and how they integrate into a business environment are essential
Recent experience of a working on a workplace programme involving workplace transformation and transition
Fluent English communication
Technical awareness:
Formal business analysis qualifications and methodology experience
Thorough knowledge of Requirements Management Processes and Standards
Knowledge of Workplace environments (Desktop Management [Active Directory, TS / VDI, Software Distribution], Service Desk, and Unified Communication [Voice / Video, Groupware, CTI])
MS Project and MS Office
