Our b1 Engineering Solutions customer needs support for the
development of an Web-Application (HTML5) with connection to a
commercial backend-system (server based). The application is an ebusiness
platform for selling digital content.
The end-user is able to perform the following activities:
-Search and select content
-Buy content
-Administrate the previously bought content
-Generate partlists of content components
-Generate schedule for content usage
The offered content is generated and managed by(/in) the backend
system. Connection to other IT-systems (e.g. Enterprise-Resource-
Planning, Customer-Relationship-Management) will be in the scope of
the test management task, too.
For this test management task resources are needed. The scope of the
tests comprises blackbox-(integration-)tests. The development is planned
in several sprint iterations of two weeks duration. Currently development
of sprint 1 has started. In sprint 3 the integration tests shall start.
We are looking for two SW test-designers(/tester).
Skills:
-Experienced in testing of WebApps with backend-connection
-Test methodology (ISTQB or similar projects)
-Technical knowledge of Web-based SW (HTML5, HTML, Webservices,
Hybris), preferably from previous projects
-Network technology knowhow (Internet, DNS, CDN, …)
-Experienced in agile SW projects
-Used to work self-directed and creative
-Experienced in coordination of SW suppliers (asking for information;
coordination of integration activities)
-Ability to work with incomplete specifications
Tasks of test developer(+tester):
-Support the test manager during test concept phase
-Definition of test cases
-Test execution (mainly manual testing - testautomation could be an
option)
-Generation of test reports (Polarion SW-lifecycle management system)
-Support the development team during error analysis)
