Our client is currently looking for a Design Producer (m/f) for a project in Berlin, Germany.Your tasks
You'll be a partner (m/f) with business and technology to deliver product solutions that change the way our customers interact with money. Design Producers (m/f) are a key part of the design team, within a larger community of project management. An important priority in this role is: "delightful, useful, and usable". To achieve this, the Producer (m/f) must be an advocate for the UED Team and the design process along with traditional project management work.
Your Profile
- Lead planning activities for the EMEA UED programme team, track deliverables, and coordinate dependencies with other teams (in EMEA and the US), including product, legal, marketing, adaptation, localization.
- Work closely with the global and regional design team leads, supporting the EMEA design team specifically
- Ensure smooth operating and handoffs between waterfall sections of the programme, to agile teams and processes and back - ensuring regional sign off points are incorporated into the planning and take place
- Lead daily stand-ups, grooming, planning, demos, and retrospectives, as well as be fully versed in traditional project management work - and be able to switch between methodologies as needed
- Identify project risks and implementing mitigation techniques to minimize issues
- Ensuring that escalations to the appropriate individuals/groups are executed as appropriate
