Conception and implementation of new technical customer service functionalities; Execution of technical configurations and corresponding integration tests in pre-production environments; Preparation and supervision of the Inlife transition of new technical solutions; Coordination of 3rd Parties during integration phase; Setup of monitoring tools and business reporting; Documentation of technical and operational changes; Analysis and design of new business processes; Reviews of business and technical requirement documents; Project Management;

Erforderlich:
General Telco experience; 3 - 5 year experience in CRM and Billing systems and Customer Service processes; Knowledge of CDRator internal processes; Knowledge of relational databases; fluent english

Project Positives:
Task is mainly based on technical leadership, no budget- and no personell responsibility
