SAP Consulting: Application Support SAP SSF 7.xJob Description:
Evaluation, reassignment and solution-finding of SSF end-user problems which are implemented to a global SAP-SSF system (7.x).
This upcoming problems will be reported via incident/problem or service request ("tickets") to the B-Level. (75%)
Near-service activities in the SSF system, e.g. customizing of new companies in the system. (25%)
Required Qualifications:
- Very good practical experience to setup a SSF system, back-end or front-end administration and any further transactions and reports.
- Perform ABAP program coding incl. debugging
- Proficient in German and English (in command of the written and spoken language)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Practical experience in application support
