Aufgaben:
• Evaluation, reassignment and solution-finding of SSF end-user problems which are implemented to a global SAP-SSF system (7.x).
• This upcoming problems will be reported via incident/problem or service request (“tickets”) to the B-Level. (75%)
• Near-service activities in the SSF system, e.g. customizing of new companies in the system. (25%
Anforderungen:
• Very good practical experience to setup a SSF system, back-end or front-end administration and any further transactions and report
• Perform ABAP program coding incl. debugging
• Proficient in German and English
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of ITIL
• Practical experience in application support
