Telco Prepaid Business coordinator

For one of our clients we are looking for a Telco Prepaid Business coordinator

Main Task:
• Conception and implementation of new technical customer service functionalities.
• Execution of technical configurations and corresponding integration tests in pre-production environments.
• Preparation and supervision of the Inlife transition of new technical solutions.
• Coordination of 3rd Parties during integration phase, as BASF IT Services and external vendors (Logistics, DMS, Print, Dispatch, ...) etc.
• Setup of monitoring tools and business reporting.
• Documentation of technical and operational changes.
• Analysis and design of new business processes.
• Reviews of business and technical requirement documents.
• Project Management.

Required Skills:
• General Telco experience
• Experience in CRM and Billing systems and Customer Service processes
• Knowledge of CDRator internal processes
• Knowledge of relational databases
