* Development of Custom Objects "server side scripts" for Axeda system* Development and enhancement of Axeda agents and scripts used by agents on the Diane win
* Development of UI components and web services (shared with HTC software engineers)
* Development of some Oracle queries and stored procedures to support UI projects or analytic processes
* Give recommendations for database design and performance improvements
Skills required:
* Solid design and software architecture skills and demonstrated ability
* Java/Groovy script programming
* Java Script, HTML5 programming
* Ajax and Java Script frameworks such as Jquery, Prototype, (DHTMLX nice to have)
* XML and Xpath (for Presto)
* Oracle SQL queries and stored procedures
* Oracle DB design and optimization
* OPC interface Protocols
* Installshield or similar setup development tool for Windows Apps
* Agile development processes
Like to Have Skills:
* Familiarity with industrial control / SCADA systems
* Development of Jackbe Presto mashup services and apps (version 3.x)
* MS SQL server experience for basic queries (in the Diane win)
* MS visual basic (in the Diane win)
* Experience with Cognos
* Familiarity with LINUX (application performance monitoring, tools)
* Modbus interface protocols (for future projects like Waukesha)
* Offline web application technologies such as IndexDB and HTML5 application caching using manifests
* Familiarity in dealing with large time series data sets
* Experience with time series database technologies or application development for the financial industry
* Experience with extremely large in memory database technologies
* Experience with Statistical and analytic programming design and technologies (Matlab, R, etc.)
