Proteus Europe, working as an employment agency, are currently searching for a Test Manager with a Banking specialisation to join one of our prestigious clients in Germany.Role: Test Manager
Location: Frankfurt-am-Main, Germany.
Duration: Permanent
Start: ASAP
The Position:
* You will be responsible for the area of strategic and operational test management and will control test quality assurance processes of the software.
* You will advise our clients in all aspects of test management . This includes both the design, optimization and control of the test execution .
* You will be responsible for the introduction and implementation of measures for process improvement.
* You will act as a competent contact and advise our customers both conceptually and strategically in terms of professional solutions for software quality.
* You will lead project teams of consultants and client employees, needing to integrate them and ensure that they are goal-oriented.
The Person:
* You have in-depth knowledge of at least one of the following database-specific priorities: payment or credit transactions, account administration , risk management, general ledger , investment / securities business , online banking.
* You have completed banking business education , academic degrees at a university / college or equivalent.
* You have already gained several years of experience from IT projects in the testing environment .
* Your customer contact is characterized by competence and commitment.
* You have excellent communication skills and fluency in both German and English.
