* Printer integration; Definition and integration of Drivers and Templates (local / Print server & cluster)
* Printer certification with customer onside in test environment
* Design of processes in the print area
* Troubleshooting of print issues and problems / Incident, Problem and Change handling
* L3 Support for best shore teams regarding print issues
* HP WebJet Admin Support and Design
* Support for secure-Print and Multifunctional printers (MFP)
* Support for printing from Citrix Terminal Servers / Desktop / Thin Client
* Support for Universal printer driver (UPD)
* Creating support documents for 2nd-Level Support teams
* Support for pull print environment
* Provide assistance and support for Project teams
* NSSR evaluation / consulting
* Consulting for customer related to print
* Update of service handbook
Requirements (Must have):
* Expert for print services (Driver, Server, Cluster, pull print, secure print)
* Citrix
* Min. 5 year experience in L3 end user support (Microsoft)
* Long time experience related to print hardware
