For one of our clients we are looking for a project assistant (m/f) temporary permanent position.Prepare and manage project purchases and procurements, support budget planning of current project phases, monitor budget consumption, file and retrieve documents and reference materials; assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents; arrange and coordinate meetings, workshops and conferences; take, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings, act as key user for content management system and support and advise users in projects.
