Our Client is looking for a Lead Citrix administrator who will be responsible for continued support, administration and maintenance of Citrix/WTS 7x24x365 Business critical infrastructure. As a Lead administrator he/she will be working closely with customer governance and architects to make improvements and take action to help ensure the stability of Citrix/WTS infrastructure. He/She should be working with offshore teams based out of India to provide support services.Mandatory Skills:
- Responsible for Citrix architecture and design for 24x7x365 global operation
- Maintain and Administer Citrix XenApp
- Maintain Windows Terminal Server licenses
- Maintain Citrix ICA licenses.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of S4 login consultants automation tool
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Perl, VB and PowerShell
- ITIL V3 Understanding, Related documentation
- Capacity planning based on growth.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for Citrix architecture and design for 24x7x365 global operation
- Maintain and Administer Citrix XenApp

- Publish applications
- Knowledge of S4 login consultants automation tool
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Perl, VB and PowerShell
- Provide L2/L3 system administration support
- Capacity planning based on growth
- Project planning and documentation
- Adherence to agreed SLA
- Understanding of ITIL V3
- Understanding of Citrix XenDesktop
- Understanding of Microsoft App-V
Essential Qualifications:
- Science Graduate with 8-10 years of experience
- Certified Citrix XenApp administrator
- Proficiency with Windows
- Proficiency with Application installations
