S/2014-2: Programm Manager (m/w) MailandWir sind auf der Suche nach einem Programm Manager (m/w) für einen unserer Direktkunden in Mailand – ab sofort für vorerst vier Monate. Eine Vor-Ort-Verfügbarkeit von drei Tagen muss mindestens gewährleistet sein – die restlichen zwei Tage können in Köln absolviert werden.
Aufgaben
Deliver complex, multidisciplinary, multi-track IT projects and/or programs
Lead and drive these projects and/or programs throughout the full project life cycle, from design to development, test and launch
Develop and manage the overall project plan, communication plan and resource plan
Time and budget allocation, scoping, quality and risk management
Manage scope and negotiate needed scope changes to produce win-win results
Create and analyze reports on track status, issues and risks and report the major risks and issues to the Project leadership and stakeholders
Establish project processes through all projects to ensure process compliance
Build and manage (senior) client relationships and identify sales opportunities
Provide structure, supervision and mentorship to project teams to ensure maximum performance
Support of Business Development and help growing the local team
Anforderungen
Solid project management experience
Very good experience from delivering large projects and/or programs, preferably with E-commerce focus
Strong experience in project management tools and methods, you should have experience from running and delivering Agile projects (e.g. using Scrum)
Strong leadership capabilities, preferably with experience from leading teams of 20+ people
Being able to deal with difficult and complex project setups, diligent in proactively managing and mitigating risks
Experience from working in a geographically distributed project environment, with off-shoring of certain parts of the projects (e.g. development)
Consulting skills, including client relationships, stakeholder management, and pre-sales skills to support our Business Development activities
Language: English – (Italian is nice to have)
