Beschreibung
Task:Supplier will provide the following services (collectively, the "Services"):
- Onsite support, Equivalent job level:Expert.
- Deep technical Citrix, XenServer, VMware and organizational knowledge of the Commerzbank environment and of German federal banking regulations
- Special Citrix knowledge is required like consulting, engineering, developing and deploying services
- Necessary service adjustments need to be done locally on customer site and the meetings with the customer are on-site
- German language support is required
- Regular status update, at least once per week
- Time Sheets and night and weekend surcharges need to be sent to CommerzbankPM latest on the 2nd workday of the new month
- Timely recording of delivered services in the PRIAMOS time tracking tool
- High internal customer satisfaction
Requirements (Must have):
- Citrix certifications are a must (CCA, CCEA, CCIA)
- German language support is required
